Inspired by the development of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in response to the 2001 terrorist attacks, Everett Johnson established E3 in 2004. Everett was supporting the newly formed Department in 2003 when he saw the opportunity to fill a need for professional support services. As DHS continued its evolution, Everett distinguished himself as a key contributor, supporting business processes within the acquisition and program management areas. Looking back, Everett reflects, “We are grateful and humbled at the success we’ve achieved, but E3 is not done yet. Everyone is working towards our shared vision of being a recognized leader in the management consulting community that both federal agencies and industry partners value doing business with us."

E3’s culture is a lot like traveling abroad. Until you experience it for yourself, you really have no idea and zero contextual understanding.
